I ordered a 500 oz monster box on a Saturday. Wired the money the following Monday morning and received the order two days later on Wednesday. The coins were in a sealed Westpoint US Mint box. I received Email updates letting me know where the shipment was at any given time and when to expect delivery.
I couldn't have received better communication or customer service. I was a little apprehensive about the wire transfer but was assured, by phone and a follow up Email that all went well.
