I ordered some silver online from Jam bullion for the first time and was pleased with my order of silver Liberty dimes( although a few were quite worn, but considering their age it was expected on my part. The 2022 Queen Elizabeth coin looked pristine to me. Other than the few worn coins, I am very satisfied and will order again someday.

As a new bullion investor/collector I have only praise for JM Bullion. Their selection is awesome. Their prices are fair and competitive. Six orders thus far have gone without a hitch. I recommend JM to all my friends and associates.

Please do not order from JM Bullion!! You are risking whether you will receive your items or not. I notice a trend going on based on other reviews where a tracking number has been system generated and you are told your order will be delayed. Most consumers will wait patiently…a few weeks even..based on this message. However, if you do not contact them within 3-7 days of this notice, they will make this completely your fault for not reading the terms and conditions. They will make it out to be a rare occurrence which was what I believed and now I see this is not true. It has happened time and time again, and they will not look into why this happens. I have proof from USPS that they never received the products to begin with. This should not be happening at all. It is a complete scam!

Placed an order using my bank's credit card. A few days later, received an email asking for a check to be mailed. It was an unexpected twist so - since they are asking for a check, the order had not been actually completed but they demand a $101 cancellation fee. I opened a dispute with my credit card.
This outfit claims that this "term" is listed somewhere on page 666 of their agreement... not very useful.

I recently purchased a 2022 1oz American Gold Coin for $1,944.89 JM Bullion as a Valentine’s gift for my husband.

On Feb 9th, the package started its course to our home in Mountain View, CA. The package was transferred from Las Vegas, to Fresno, to San Francisco but then stopped in the Mountain View USPS with the following USPS tracking status, “Awaiting Delivery Scan - The delivery status of your item has not been updated as of Feb 13th, 2022. We apologize that it may arrive later than expected”.

Seeing that I was warned by USPS that my delivery was going to be late, I waited. HUGE MISTAKE.

February 14th was the last update I received from USPS. I waited 8 more days for my “late package” to arrive and then reached out to JM Bullion on February 22. However, JM Bullion has a 7 day policy and I called 1 day two late, so they wouldn’t accept my claim, even after a repeal (aka they wouldn’t investigate my delivery, refund my purchase or send me a new package). In essence JM Bullion told me I was shit out of luck on the ~$2K I just spent with them.

I ran my own investigation, filed a missing delivery claim with USPS and visited my local USPS office. Guess what?!!! USPS figured out the disconnect and it was JM Bullion’s fucked up. JM Bullion forgot to include the apartment number on the delivery address for my package EVEN THOUGH I gave them my complete address (which I can clearly see on my purchase receipt). USPS proceeded to tell me that with an incomplete order, they returned my ~$2k package to the sender, JM Bullion.

Does this sound like a scam to you? How does a shipping typo happen at a company as large as JM Bullion? You would think there would be some kind of automated process that takes the address info a buyer gives and uses it “as is” for shipping. If my package wasn’t shipped because of a technical error on JM Bullion’s part, then how many others are experiencing the same nightmare that I’m facing? And better yet, how much money is JM profiting on pocketing these returned packages while refusing to give customers their refunds?

NOTE: Because I used a wire transfer, I am not eligible to contest this purchase with a credit card company. No wonder JM Bullion entices their customers to purchase with a wire transfer rather than CC by giving a bigger discount on the wire.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE refused to change my address to new home address without charging $15 restocking fee. NOT A RESTOCK, simple change of address.

There was a question regarding my billing address vs. my shipping address.
Instead of contacting me to discuss the issue, my order was just cancelled without warning.
I was told that all I could do was replace the order with the corrected information.
My problem with this is that the price had risen substantially, defeating my purpose in buying at the time that I did.
If I had been the one trying to cancel the order after say a drop in prices, I still would have been held responsible for holding up my end of the deal. Is it too much to ask that they should also be responsible for holding up their end?
Very disappointed with my experience with JM Bullion. I won't be placing any more orders with them.
I will be going back to SD Bullion. I've never had any issues with them and most of their prices are better.

Did not receive the product shown and described in the description. Wrote to them for a correction and only. received a robo email stating they received my email and will get back to me soon. Never heard anything more.

I paid for an order of silver eagles on Mar 13th 2020 It is Easter Sunday April 12th haven't received anything was suppose to receive shipping confirmation on the 19th of March again it is April 12th 2020! They also are trying to charge me a loss fee on top of this for an order they messed up! I wish I got an honest answer when I ask, "What happened to my order of Cull Eagles?" They won't admit any wrong doing but they have no problem keeping my money hostage.

JM Bullion is by far my favorite online precious metals dealer. Great selection, fast shipping, superior customer service.

In all I've been pretty pleased with them. They have an excellent selection of Silver bullion. I do wish they had more selection of smaller amount platinum Bullion however. There prices are among the cheapest I've seen. They also have a professional customer service team.

I've purchased 5 times from JM Bullion, only one time was there a hickup. They did take care of it however. I will be updating this if the customer service continues to be good, as I think it will deserve the 5 stars at that point regardless of the one bad order. this review is for all my experiences from them so far, not just one purchase.

I have ordered several times from JM Bullion and each time my order was Processed , Shipped and Received quicker than any other Bullion dealer i have done business with. My order is received well wrapped packaged and exactly as ordered. FIVE STARS well done JM Bullion.

Numerous orders have been place with JM, this specific one was just slightly less than $4,000, and each and every time the product has been of the highest quality expected. I have told my brother about the site and he will be buying soon I am sure. I highly recommend to anyone buying in the precious metals arena to always go with JM Bullion. My first Bullion/Coin order. I ordered the Queen's Beast Falcon of the Plantagenets Coin. This item appealed to me because of the Royal Souvenir and Numismatic value connections. Arrived fast, in great condition and looks brilliant. I will order again as my budget permits.

I bought silver to make jewelry, not as an investment. I ordered the 10oz pack of silver rounds at spot prices for first-time buyers. The rounds all look brand new, and the metal heats up, melts, rolls out, and polishes like fine silver ought to. The prices are much better than buying casting grain from a jeweler's supply company.

Competitive pricing, excellent turnaround time. I would definitely order again from this vendor and have advised others to do likewise.

The last two 10 ounce silver bars I purchased arrived damaged. The exterior packaging was intact and so was the bubble wrap. These bars were packed already damaged. Their solution was for me to take my time to repackage it, stand in line at the post office and ship it back for a refund. My time is more valuable than that. Thanks but no thanks. Listing says "new", but buyer beware.

This place is great! The prices are awesome and shipping is super fast! Plus it's only 3.99 for shipping on anything less than $99, after $99 it's free. You can't beat that anywhere! I've seen places charge up to $15 for shipping. I will continue to order from them only. They've found a customer for life.

Everything went exactly as expected. Shipped the same day which surprised me, and the coins looked great!

Have made a total of 8 orders with them so far and have smooth transactions on all of them. I also want to give a compliment to their customer service reps. Any questions I've ever had they've been very polite and they really give you a feel that they are a friendly company that truly wants to make you happy.

Only complaint I have is their selection isn't always the best, I'm not sure if there are rules on what type of coins they're allowed to sell but I've seen coins on other sites I like but don't want to deal with those sites (I'm mostly speaking of Apmex here) and JM replies they won't get them in stock, I'm not sure why, it's a guaranteed buy they're turning down.

Do not use this company to purchase your bouillon! I am a real person who ordered silver from this website. It never arrived and the company was unwilling to make it right. They claim that the shipping did not include insurance and they do not stand by ensuring the customers product is delivered. I am not the only person that this is happened to, be sure that you do your homework and have extra money to throw away.

Ordered sept 20 finally got to usps on oct 10 today is oct 18 so I called she said my shipment is being investigated for theft!! WTF no one even called me so she said someone would call me and no one has!!! I hope this place is legit I spent over 25000 so here I sit with no clue

I've made well over 100 purchases from JMBullion and have never had anything other than a perfect experience. When I've occasionally bought from competitors I am always reminded why I stick with JMB. JMB is the only dealer I have found that ships immediately upon receipt of payment. They don't have all the phony razzle dazzle of others, just great quality and service. Their prices are almost always the lowest.

This was my first time buying precious metals on line. I was wary, but after speaking with a couple of advisers I felt more assured. If anything, the lack of pressure I had received at other dealers was refreshing. Only complaint, I would have liked a recommendation or two. They were just there to answer questions that I was supposed to know what questions to ask. I would have liked a person to inquire my long range desires and why I was buying metal to kinda hold my hand a bit.

I like the bargains found there. I can get the amount over spot as the lowest price point even if I am only buying 1-3 pieces. I buy now with the e check option it does take a bit longer than credit card but for the 4% less total cost it is worth it. Yes if I was making larger purchases I could use wire, but that is not in the cards. I trust this company and haven't had any issues with my purchases. I would suggest to anyone thinking about it to go ahead and try it.
